Metalized Labels:
Reflective, moisture-resistant, and ideal for beverages and premium brands.
These labels are made from metallized paper, which involves a metalized coating layer over the paper substrate. The coating provides visual appeal by providing a reflective, metallic look, and the paper is wet strength treated for greater moisture resistance and durability. These wet-strength metallized labels are highly desirable in the brewery industry and other alcohol and non-alcohol beverage sectors because they are resistant to exposure to wet and cold, and are long lasting in print quality and adhesion.
Manufacturing of Labels:
C1S (Coated One Side) Labels:
Smooth, bright, and perfect for sharp, vibrant printing.
These are manufactured from premium, wet-strength paper which is coated one side with a smooth, shining white finish that is optimally good for printing. The coating provides better ink receptivity, resulting in precise print definition and color saturation. C1S labels find maximum use in packaging of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages where premium visual appearance and print integrity are prerequisites.

Pressure-sensitive labels in clear or paper options for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and household products.
Pressure-sensitive adhesive labels that are manufactured in clear synthetic films or coated paper substrates. These adhesive labels offer maximum transparency for transparent ones and optimal printability for paper ones, thus making them ideal for application in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, soap, detergent, and allied industries. They are designed to offer strong adhesive characteristics, tamper evidence, as well as conformity to industry labeling requirements.

BOPP & Plastic Labels:
Durable, water- and oil-resistant labels for bottled water, detergents, and soft drinks.
These labels utilize biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) and comparable plastic film supports that are distinguished by high tensile strength, chemical resistance, and water barrier properties. Plastic labels based on BOPP find extensive use in packaging applications for spring water, soap, detergent, soft drinks, and comparable items due to their durability, humidity and oil resistance, and good print fidelity. Their synthetic nature also supports long label life and wet or refrigerated conditions compatibility.
Manufacturing of Duplex Carton Boxes:
Duplex Carton
Paperboard rolls or sheets into finished, foldable carton boxes. The process includes large-format, multi-color printing, lamination, varnishing, precise die-cutting, and often gluing.
