Mono Boxes Made of Folding Boxboard (FBB) and Duplex Paper:
These are high-end packaging boxes manufactured primarily with duplex paperboard and folding boxboard (FBB) stocks. Duplex board is a multi-ply paperboard with one side coated to produce a smooth, printable surface, while the reverse side is usually uncoated with gray or kraft finish, which provides structure stability. Folding Boxboard (FBB) is a multilayer paperboard on the basis of virgin fiber that is celebrated for possessing superior stiffness, toughness, and excellent printability, and therefore ideal for high-end packaging applications.
Duplex and FBB are suitable for high-quality surface sharp, multi-color offset and flexographic printability. The substrate grade and grammage (typically between 200 and 400 GSM) may be optimized depending on product fragility, weight, and packaging performance requirement.
